Have you wondered why the Ralph Lauren Christmas Aesthetic is so popular?
Here are some of my thoughts...
Ralph Lauren’s holiday world feels like stepping into a classic winter storybook. Think New England estate, Scottish manor, and Aspen lodge. It’s warm, elegant, and deeply rooted in tradition, yet never feels dated.
Colors used in these designs are often layered in textiles, ribbon details, and gift wrap. Creating that cozy, heritage-inspired warmth.
Deep reds (cranberry, burgundy, oxblood)
Rich greens (pine, emerald, forest)
Classic neutrals (cream, camel, heather gray, winter white)
Touches of metallics (antique gold, aged brass, silver accents)
Tartan plaids in red, green, navy, and black watch patterns
Motifs & Symbols include:
Tartan plaid
Equestrian details
Winter lodge accents
Heraldic crests and vintage monograms
Classic Americana
Candlelight, vintage lanterns, and soft amber lighting
I love this look and I'm excited to continue using these colors and aesthetic as I design this Christmas season.
